Can someone give me the basics to the FOREX game? Or name of a good book on the subject? I'm interested in changing my dollars to Yuan without a lot of hassle or expense.

So what's the best way to get started at it? And which currency do you think has the best potential to move up against the dollar? Why? I thought about the Yuan but there are rumor that the Chinese are planning to devalue it and I don't know enough about the game to know what that will entail...
